I had a great experience with this maintenance company when I requested AC repair. They were very professional and managed to schedule a same-day appointment. Team Lions was excellent, clean, efficient, and thorough in their work. They fixed all the issues and left everything in perfect condition. I would definitely use their service again.

Got the AC servicing and duct cleaning done by them (which was included in my AMC), and the team did a great job, very professional and ensured a very sanitised method of cleaning (plastic covers on the floor, shoes covered, no debris left after the service). Super pleased!

I’m quite pleased that Octopus again proved to me they are a company I intend to renew my AMC with, I had informed them of my tight schedule as I was traveling. Noting that I had several issues in my house requiring urgent attention including leaks in the ceiling and repainting of damaged areas, that was excluding the usual maintenance of air-con. On the date of the service I had three vans outside my house each team working efficiently after the other. All this with one call and explaining I had a tight schedule. We’ve had our flat in Marina renovated by Octupus recently, with a brand new kitchen, bathroom and powder room, new SPC herringbone flooring throughout the flat. The Octupus team headed by Tom and site-managed by Bari have done a grand job, turning the property into a beautiful and comfortable home for us. Great attentions to details, from water pipe changing to finer details of my precious pendent light fitting.
