- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices quoted on our website or by our representatives are in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
- We accept multiple payment methods (e.g., cash, bank transfer, and card payments).
- Full payment may be required before or upon completion of services, depending on the type of work.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made in advance.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
- For long-term contracts or major renovation projects, separate cancellation terms will apply (as agreed in the signed contract).
5. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)
- AMC customers are entitled to services as outlined in their specific contract (Essential or Premium).
- Unlimited callouts apply only to covered services under the AMC plan.
- Any additional work outside the AMC coverage will be charged separately.
6. Liability & Limitations
- While we aim to deliver high-quality work, Octopus is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages.
- Losses due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, third-party delays).
- Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the value of the service provided.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To help us deliver services smoothly, customers agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking.
- Ensure safe access to the property for our technicians.
- Remove or secure personal items in service areas (we are not responsible for accidental damage to unattended valuables).
8. Intellectual Property
- All website content, including text, images, logos, and graphics, are the property of Octopus unless otherwise noted.
- You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your data.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
